Terms of Use
1. Domain Name Registration
We cannot guarantee that your desired domain name is available or will be registered successfully. Do not take action based on assumed registration until officially confirmed.
Domain registrations must comply with terms set by the relevant Registry. You must familiarize yourself and comply with these terms.
AUHost4U accepts no responsibility if your domain registration request is denied.
Any administrative charges paid to AUHost4U are non-refundable, even if your domain registration request is unsuccessful.
We bear no responsibility for disputes related to domain names. AUHost4U may, at its discretion, suspend or cancel domain names involved in disputes.
Domains will only be released to another provider once full payment has been received.
2. Digital Consultancy
A mandatory free website consultation precedes service quotations.
Website audits may take hours to days, depending on the site’s size.
A personal consultant will be assigned for the project’s duration.
You must secure your account credentials and immediately notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized usage.
Adherence to prescribed procedures is required; misuse detrimental to other customers is prohibited.
Services are restricted to individuals aged 18 or above, or companies whose users are aged 18 or above.
While we strive for security, we cannot guarantee the server’s immunity from unauthorized access or email delivery issues.
3. Web Hosting and Email
AUHost4U provides no warranty regarding accuracy or quality of information accessed via our servers and is not liable for data loss.
You must use your hosting solely for lawful purposes and promptly inform us of breaches. Specifically:
Do not host or link unlawful, malicious, offensive, or illegal material.
Do not transmit malware or harmful software.
Do not engage in activities violating intellectual property rights.
Comply strictly with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Do not engage in bulk emailing.
Avoid excessive use of system resources.
AUHost4U reserves the right to remove inappropriate materials without notice.
Keep your account information secure and promptly report unauthorized access.
Ensure all email communications comply with applicable laws and security standards.
Hosting services are restricted to individuals aged 18 or above or companies whose users meet this requirement.
Access to external networks must follow the respective rules of those networks.
Only one login session per account is permitted at any given time.
4. Resellers
Resellers must ensure their customers adhere to terms reflecting this Agreement.
Resellers may not incur liabilities or make binding contracts on behalf of AUHost4U.
Customer defaults do not affect reseller obligations to AUHost4U.
Resellers can sell AUHost4U services only directly to their customers and may not authorize further resale.
Each reseller may only maintain one reseller account at a time.
5. Service Availability
We will strive to maintain server and service availability but are not liable for interruptions or downtime.
6. Payment
Payments for services are due in advance, per published rates.
Prices are subject to change but will remain fixed during prepaid periods.
Payments are recurring unless services are canceled with appropriate notice.
All payments must be made in AUD.
Services may be suspended if payments are overdue.
7. Termination & Refund
AUHost4U may suspend or terminate services immediately if you:
Fail to make payments.
Violate terms and conditions.
Enter financial insolvency proceedings.
No refunds are issued for services suspended due to violations.
AUHost4U reserves the right to terminate or suspend services, providing pro-rata refunds for prepaid periods.
Customers can cancel services with 14 days’ notice before the next payment is due.
Refund policy:
30-day money-back guarantee on hosting fees for new accounts only.
Domain fees and additional charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
On termination, access and data may be immediately removed from the server.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AUHost4U from third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
AUHost4U disclaims implied warranties except those explicitly stated here, subject to UK law.
Our liability is limited to the service fees you’ve paid related to claims made.
AUHost4U is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
10. Notices
Notices may be sent via email or postal service to the addresses provided by the parties. Notices sent by email are considered received upon transmission.
11. Non-Waiver
Failure to enforce provisions does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
12. Law
This Agreement is governed by Scottish law and subject to Scottish jurisdiction.
13. Headings
Section headings are for convenience and do not affect the Agreement’s interpretation.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, superseding previous discussions or agreements. No oral explanation will alter its interpretation.
